Application principle:
Vacuum freeze-drying is a technology that utilizes the principle of sublimation for drying. It involves rapidly freezing the material to be dried at low temperatures, and then directly sublimating the frozen water molecules into water vapor under the vacuum environment used. The product obtained from freeze-drying is called Lyophilizer, and this process is called freeze-drying. The substance is always at a low temperature (frozen state) before drying, and ice crystals are evenly distributed in the substance. The sublimation process will not be concentrated due to dehydration, avoiding the side effects such as foam generated by water vapor, oxidation, etc. The dry substance is in the form of dry sponge with many pores and basically unchanged volume, which is very easy to dissolve in water and recover to the original state, to prevent the physical and biological denaturation of the dry substance to the greatest extent.
